*Mission Loans, LLC Family Plus Program (“Family Plus”):

Basic Eligibility. Subject to the conditions and contract requirements outlined below, Family Plus applies to loans previously closed with Mission Loans, LLC, or are being serviced by a servicing partner. Applies only to conventional, FHA, VA loans. Excludes Non-QM, HELOC and DPAs

Future Loans Not Covered by Family Plus. This is non-transferable and does not apply to loans obtained to purchase a new property, new loans that result in the creation of a separate lien on the current property (i.e., a “home equity loan”), renovation loans, bond loan programs, and down payment assistance programs, non-QM and HELOCs.

Other Terms and Conditions. Mission Loans, LLC cannot guarantee that the borrower will be approved for a future loan, the interest rate for a future loan, or the future appraised value of the home. The borrower’s ability to qualify for a future loan will be subject to the loan program terms and conditions available at that time.

*Family Plus Scope. For future loans meeting the above requirements and that are successfully closed, no lender fee will be charged. Lender fees refers to origination fees only and does not apply to underwriting, funding, processing, discount points, administration, or 3rd party fees including, but not limited to appraisal, title, escrow, recording fees, non-reoccurring  fees, and payoff fees.

Redemption. Future applicants must contact Mission Loans, LLC directly to qualify for Family Plus.

Restrictions. Family Plus does not apply to loans applied for through third parties (e.g., Lending Tree) or originated through Mission Loans, LLC Wholesale or Correspondent divisions. Family Plus may only be used by submitting an application directly to Mission Loans, LLC. Applying for a Mission Loans, LLC loan indirectly through a third party (e.g., LendingTree) makes the borrower ineligible for this program. Customers who are eligible via a servicing partner must confirm eligibility with their Loan Officer.
